Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your CasualLab Interactive account and the data associated with it — including accounts created in Wiggle Garden: Snake Battle — at any time. This page explains what gets removed and how to send the request.
What deletion removes
- Your player account and profile information (display name, country code).
- Your leaderboard entries and rankings stored on our servers.
- Your cloud-saved game progression (scores, statistics, owned items synced to our servers).
Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game. We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example purchase and transaction records kept for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — as described in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
- Email us at contact@casuallabinteractive.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
- Include your in-game player name, and the Google Play account email if you signed in with Google Play Games.
- We will verify the request and delete the data within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
If you only want specific data removed (for example your leaderboard entries) without deleting the whole account, say so in the email and we will handle the partial request the same way.
